How am I billed for the virtual phone and fax?
The EX service includes a preset number of free monthly phone minutes and fax pages. Incoming and outgoing calls and faxes count toward the monthly limit on a per minute or per page bases. Additional minutes or pages can be purchased from the "phone & fax" menu under the EX view.
