It includes Moorpark College, at least five Home Owners' Association areas (patio homes and free-standing homes), and several townhome and apartment complexes. It begins south of the Happy Camp Canyon golf course, extends east through Moorpark College, and may be extended in the next few years through a new development north and east of the college, which would introduce a new exit off of the 118, east of Collins. This area does NOT include the parts of Moorpark which lie south of the 118, west of the 23, or west of Happy Camp Canyon.
