Waukegan Community Council welcomes and celebrates the entire Waukegan community. We're excited about all of the wonderful opportunites already available for people to work, live and play in our great city, and eagerly anticipate all of the exciting things planned and already underway. Our beautiful city on the shores of Lake Michigan features a host of arts, entertainment and recreational opportunities. We have beautiful neighborhoods with homes of all kinds, from cozy cottages, to stately historic homes, to exquisite mansions, there's something for everyone in Waukegan. The Waukegan Community Council offers all residents an opportunity to get connected to other local people, find out all of the great things that are going on, particularly as the City's Master Plan is implemented, and to have a part in getting the word out about our wonderful city.
