Multi-family homes, housing projects, intermingled with many single family homes. located at the entrance from the Menands Bridge, Hudson Valley Community College and shopping plaza North to Jackson Street west to the Hudson, east to Campbell Avenue firehouse, covering the neighborhood of Emerald Green and areas south- west towards HVCC, includes the hillsides of Morrison Avenue, St. Joseph cemetery, Mann Ave and Lincoln Avenue area. Basically our neighborhood covers most parts of district # 6, from Jackson Street at the North to the Menands Bridge and the areas mentioned in the above statement.
