The Beman Park Neighborhood runs west to east from 12th Street to Burdett Avenue and north to south from Hoosick Street to Sage Avenue. The neighborhood is comprised of multi-cultural individuals in a college environment comprised of Rensselaer Polytechnic Intitute students, elderly families, young couples with children and college professors.
